Courtney is a wife and mother to three small children. When she’s not wrangling little people, she is a counselor at a pregnancy center in Columbus.
When she discovered Krav Maga after having her third child she was hooked. Not only did it help her get back into shape and have an outlet for stress, but she found a passion. She has been training Krav Maga for 2 1/2 years. While she knows Krav Maga is beneficial for everyone, she is passionate about women going through the program. It is empowering for women to feel strong and capable of defending themselves, and it is her mission to equip women with the skills to do so.
