Our fitness program at CSD&F is unlike most fitness programs and routines because our focus is function and being prepared for the unexpected. We take a 360 degree approach to wellness that merges self defense, functional fitness, and mental toughness.

All of our classes are designed for any and all fitness levels. We will shape and guide you through a program designed to build strength, endurance, and function so that you are adaptable, successful, energetic, and prepared – Fearless, Focused, Fit!
